What kind of clothing do you recommended for doing marathons or ultramarathons during the autumn and winter time? Between "Running pants short" and "Running speed shirt" or "Energy accumulator short pants" and "energy accumulator shirt". Last thing in both case is better to use also same underwear boxer? Thank you very much Regards

Running Speed Shirt is a good choice too. The big difference between Energizer and Accumlator is the degree of compression. The Accumulator has high compression and the Energizer mid compression.
