I want to buy some socks and I need to know which model suits me more for the occasion.

I am going to do the Spanish route called Way of St. James" for 15 days, 25 km per day walking as average. 12 of the stages are really flat tracks and they do not have geographical features but 3 of them have quite uneven ascents and descents and the terrain is very irregular. The trail is wide and defined but it has a lot of rocks.

The temperatures shall fluctuate between 25 and 35 degrees under the sun.

I am going to wear trail trainers with goretex.

I would be glad to know if I need a specific model or several models depending on the trail and which ones are the most suitable.

I would like to wear one of these during my time in the army. I`m thinking about the longsleve shirt because it will get very cold (5 °F) and often rainy.

But i want to wear the shirt during the summer aswell. Will i sweat with the longsleve during summer? Is its cooling system that good to keep me dry? Or at least more dry than with a normal T-Shirt.
